I distinctly remember seeing a tweet from scott recently that said something along the lines of "if something is not growing it is usually dead or dying"… it has since been deleted…

also ere is the seemingly simultaneous disappearance of Aaron's (very popular) FB profile… this could be unrelated entirely, though.

it would suck to see scott go. it would really, really suck… But if he's leaving, it is most assuredly for good reasons.

show last night in Boston was good. It was nice to hear Monkey Man, Kiss Me Deadly, and 241.

Five problems with the show:

1. The Setlist I do not think "The Bad Guy" is a very good song. I never have, I never will… still, the set contained this and not "Where have you been", Don't Start a Band" and anything less than five covers. It was still a great show… but two covers is enough.

2. Brian Klemm is GREAT!… in Suburban Legends having Klemm come on stage just to play Good Thing/Your Guts seemed like an unnecessary gesture… also, Aaron doesn't know how to front without a guitar… sadly.

3. The Floor – pt. 1 The floor in the boston hob is cement… this isn't RBF's fault… but it makes all the shows their a pain in the feet to get through… the floor absorbs no force and after just a couple of songs, your feet fuckin' hurt.

4. cadets fucking love to push mother fuckers moshed the whole show… I spent the first two AQB songs at the front before I said "FUUUUUUUUUCCCCKKK THIS". Totally different dynamic from the beat tour. it kinda ruined it… this is the main reason why I will not hit this tour again should it come back through boston. Seriously, when RBF played TYFNM Aaron ended the song by making a hand sweeping motion over his head… indicating that the front half of the room had completely missed the Irony, as they had.

5. Overload This seems to me, and also to my group of 5 who attended, to be the main problem with this show. The Aquabats put on an energetic show, as do reel big fish. both sets are of a decent length. unfortunately, there is too much of a good thing… and by the time RBF took the stage, the audience was fucking tired and ready to go home… the show is so big, I felt, that by the time the band I really came to see started, I was ready to go home… both RBF and AQB put on great shows… but together it's a prime rib followed by a creme pie… I had a good time… but the Aquabats are not an opening band… that's just how it is.

i was really hoping aquabats were playing new songs. oh well

this will be my 11th time seeing reel big fish (5th time this year). i hope i have fun

yeeeeeeeeeaaaaah It's my voice. They are that way on the first track because the tracks appear in chronological order and the venue gave us absolutely NO TIME to warm up our vocals… so after driving for two hours we had to rush in the cold to the stage to sound check in front of the audience and then immediately play… my voice likes to let a lot of things slide… but it NEEDS to be warmed up… lesson learned. It never used to matter when we'd open with Take Warning, but "Easy Ride" requires a little more vocal skill (it's pretty fucking high).

Yes we have one horn, we are consistently looking for more. but we're more or less in a suburbia of suburbia…. finding dedicated people horn players is a bittttttch…

I understand what you're saying with being adventurous. we are ever trying to do this, but hey, we're a (relatively) new band, hopefully the new songs we're working on will contain some new elements the will up the excitement.

thank you for listening and being honest about how you felt, feedback is a necessary step to improvement. I will definitely post the next CD that comes out!

Yes, the whole game has been changed to add a better character creator, infinitely more engaging career play, Pro drums (separated, charted symbols available in your entire catalog out of the box), Drop in/Drop out/change difficulty at (literally) ANY time and A LOT MORE!

Yes, it has more little bugs than rock band 2…. but it's SO much more fun! definitely Worth the $60 if you've already got the basic hardware.

HaHa now maybe you dicks will believe future stuff from me. I told you months ago in the other thread that bonus songs would be released. FTW
[/quote1287522192]

…and nobody disagreed. RBF have released bonus tracks for every one of the digital versions of their albums since the live album…
