MemberI had about 5 q's determining that:
Your song is "Good Thing", which is the first track on "Cheer Up!". It should really go under the "girlfriend" question, but I had way too many there anyway, and one time when I saw Reel Big Fish perform it he said something along the lines of "This song is about my band and how cool they are and how their my friends, here we go!". It's a good rock song (not punk rock, just rock) with horns (the trumpet and trombone kind, not the devil kind). It has the lyrics "I've been so frustrated/ Bitter, mean, and jaded/ I've taken for granted all the things I've got/ But now that you are here/ This anger disappears and I feel happy too!/ This is sappy but/ …IT'S TRUE!". Sappy? Yes. Expert quiz analysist Aubrey Smith says this means you will experience a life-changing even soon. Whether you turn it into a good or bad thing is your decision.
A faggy analysis, but I'll let that slide for the quote which could so blatantly be a drugs reference. Even though it isn't. But should.

The WindMemberLOL I GOT
Your song is the almost-forgotten "Why Do All Girls Think They're Fat?", which is on both the "Keep Your Receipt" EP, and is track 10 on "Everything Sucks". It's a punk song; there's no horns. The beginning is a really good sort-of-duel between Matt Wong on bass and Aaron Barrett on guitar. Then it goes into the song, which is "There's a… LITTLE GIRL!/ On my mind!/ LITTLE GIRL!/ All the time!/ LITTLE GIRL!/ There's always one!/ LITTLE GIRL!/ Look what she's done!/ She drank the tear from my eye/ You know I sure hate to lie/ Why can't you stay here/ You know that it's so beautiful/ And how come all girls think they're fat?!". Lots of people misinterpret that line to be "She makes me look at her thighs!/ You know I sure hate to lie!", but they're WRONG. The chorus is "Hey, hey, hey/ She's so pretty/ Hey, hey, hey!/ My friend/ Hey, hey, hey!/ I feel stupid!/ Again…", which is very similar to the Scholars song "I Love Guys In Bands", which has the lyrics "She's not that pretty/ She's really not my friend!/ She's so stupid/ But that's what you get for bein' inbred!", because it's about the same girl, I think. The second verse is "She said/ I'm home tonight!/ She said/ "Mom's not home!"/ She said/ "Get off the phone!"/ She took me back to her house!/ She pushed me down on the… couch!/ She said "Now it's all right, we're gonna be good friends, 'cause that kissin' only leads to the end!" It's apparently about one of Aaron's girlfriends who would always ask him if she was fat. This is probably the one of the best songs on "Everything Sucks", despite its lack of horns. -

MemberYour song is the excellent track 9 on "Cheer Up!", "A Little Doubt Goes A Long Way". It was first introduced on RBF's European CD debut, the "best of" CD "Favourite Noise" (note the extra U…). It features this beginning part with this sort of odd grunting/ moaning, which really confuses people that hear it for the first time. It's notably RBF's only "pure" ska song. It has this incredibly great trombone solo followed immediately by a trumpet solo. That part is awesome. It has this weird part before the third verse with Dan Regan laughing and then there are sound effects of birds being released from cages or something. It's strange, but it goes with the rest of the song. It also features Scott Klopfenstein saying "I have a girlfriend!" in a very sqeaky voice. Some of the lyrics are "I've gotta go, gotta go/ Before I do something stupid/ I've gotta go, gotta go/ Before I do something lame!/ I know/ It's your fault/ That I'm in the mess I'm in/ And you think/ I'm cool, but I don't, man!/ And maybe/ It's too soon/ But I think it's too late!/ And thing like/ Bad timing just won't wait!/ Maybe it's not right (I have a girlfriend!)/ Made a friend tonight (Who was a girl and)/ I just wanted to talk to you, but then I started wonderin'/ If she's the one– OR NOT!". Then it goes on to say "I know/ Flirting is nothing/ And it should be where it ends!/ But I know/ Yes, I know/ That I want you for more than a FRIEND!". Did I mention this was a great song? I saw it performed live, and was wondering if Scott would do the squeaky voice part, and he did, which was infinitely cool. This is a great song. The interpreatation, by Aubrey Smith: "Remember what I said about self-confidence (see "Boyfriend" if you don't remember)? Well, it seems that you really like someone, but your lack of confidence is preventing you from fscking them. Get over it. Sorry, but no one should be so afraid of failing that they aren't willing to take a risk or two. Also, you may win the lottery or inherit a young child in your near future." …Wow.
Uhhh, what?

The WindMemberI think they mean it doesn't have any distortion guitar.
Distortion guitar makes it not ska. It makes it punk with horns. -
