Frag MagnetMemberYou know, when you don't notice the dumbass Walmart cashier forgets to remove the stupid thing.
Required equipment:
-Dremel tool with cutting bit set
-EYE PROTECTION
-You probably also don't want to be wearing your 'Sunday best'Procedure:
Cut the top of the security cap completely off about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch from the top. This will expose the top of the actual bottle cap. You will have to cut through two layers of plastic (with spacer "ribs" in between) in order to do this.
Then cut down the sides of the outer layer of the security cap 180° apart, making sure to completely sever the bottom part of the ring.
The cap will then fall totally apart.
Remove pieces, dispose, and begin sipping whiskey.

MemberWhy not just take it back to Walmart with the receipt and ask for the cap to be removed?
/I buy my liquor from places that don't have security caps on the liquor…and have buying more Belvedere lately than any other type of liquor.

[/quote1279230153]Either that or we make sure the sale is actually completed when we're at the store.

1. You can come back with a receipt and they won't do it because you could have gone and grabbed another bottle. (One time a cashier tried to get out of removing it because she didn't want to have to go to another register to get the special tool).2. When you live in Lessville, LA Walmart is simply one of those necessary evils that you have to deal with in order to survive (much less restock the bar when you run dry after 8:00pm).
