  They got 3D and 2D. They need to follow suit with the Mario series, make it a free roam adventure game with different worlds like that.

  As long as they don't fuck it up with the werewolf stuff and DON'T make Shadow playable, this game has a chance.

  super paper mario was in both 3D and 2D and it was both a platformer and an RPG.

  I miss when I used to anticipate Tony Hawk games, too.
  
  After the shitstain that was THUG2, the series hasn't been the same.
