      so apparently rbf is hosting a contest with a cash prize for whoever can make the best music video for "party down", so i'm all over it. so what i want to know is if any so cal board members want to be in it. if you do, pm me and i'll let you know more. and if this one does work out, i want to do a video for "kiss me deadly", so same goes for that. holler at a dog! ARF ARF!

      well, if i do party down, i was going to do half live stuff and half claymation/animation for the weird parts, ie "snakes eat baby bears". so if you want to try and do a couple lines of animation, let me know. i'm not sure of the deadline yet, my friend just told me about the contest the other day.

      and nudity is more than welcome, as always.

      dude, that's so good. my friend and i are gonna try and storyboard it saturday night, so i'll let you know what we need and you can tell me if you'd be up for it or if you think we could even pull something like our ideas off.

      Hey, I'd totally be up for making the band out of clay and doing something wit that. It's totally been forever since I've done it, I'd have to work on the timing and stuff, but I have some friends who would love to waste a weekend with me and do it.

      ok, eric(blade vengeance) and i wentr through and laid out most of it. we have a few parts you clay claymate for us trev, if you'd like. and the deadline is the 15th of april and rbf is playing a show the 5th… so we're gonna go and film them playing party down and splice in the live footage with everything else. i'm kinda psyched for this now. 🙂

      I shot a video of rbf playing party down at their concert in Milan. Quality is not that great, but if needed I would be happy to contribute.

      Oh, boy. Now that volleyball has started, my time is pretty structured. It doesn't mean I don't have time though. If you let me know how soon we are planning this, I could let you know for sure. If I have to come out your way on a Friday night, you better give me a couple extra hours though!

      nope, no kidnapping… just busy as fuck. i don't have a lot of time for much of anything anymore. 🙁

      and eric and i had our first day of filming saturday, and i was hungover as always, so i'm not sure how useable the footage is. we have another shoot this saturday, and the house party bit will probably be the last thing we shoot, so it'll probably be towards the end of march.

      it's finallt coming along. we've got most all of the live action filmed and edited, so now we just need the house party, animation and claymation and we're done.

      I'm looking at my planner. I would really rather not head out that way any afternoon because of traffic. I could do it after work next week (since I work in Norco and we have no afternoon volleyball practice-Spring Break) or the weekend of the 22-23rd. After that, I'm kind of booked.

      hahaha! i just finished the claymation the other day, so we still have the house party to film, then just fill in all the other holes with filler… so it's gonna come out pretty close to the deadline.
