      OK, so I'm really bored at work! But I love him!

      He's actually from Venezuela. But the Rally Monkey is kind of a gimmicky thing the Angels have to try and fire the fans up when the team is losing. It started at a game in 2000, when the Angels were losing. The scoreboard operator showed a video of a monkey jumping around and the Angels came back and won. The Rally Monkey legend has snowballed. The stadium now is full of stuffed monkies every game just in case.

      Juan Rivera played left field and went 1 for 4 tonight (his one hit was a double). And the Angels won their 7th game in a row. Loving it! Best record in the AL and a 5 1/2 game lead over Oakland!
