When I was in line to get signatures at warped tour today I saw all the band members and was super excited. But then I looked and saw someone I didn't notice and I noticed that Dan wasn't there. I thought maybe Dan had changed his hairstyle dramatically like he loves to do. I asked the mystery band member: Are you Dan? and he said that he wasn't. It turned out that the person was Mike Soprano, the trombone player from Streetlight Manifesto. He told me that he was filling in for Dan because Dan was "having a baby" and that one of the band members got a text saying it could be in the next 24 hours, and that text was at least 10 or more hours ago, so Dan may have a new daughter now (I asked, it's a girl).

I wish Dan would've been there, but Mike was pretty cool and seemed to have pretty good chemistry with john and the rest of the band. He also signed all my stuff as "Not Dan".

…I hope this doesn't mean Dan will be quitting though. That would be tragic.

Yeah. Mike was a really cool guy. I love that he signed my shirt "Not Dan". He also was great at the show and hung around at the merch booth after they played.

I wouldn't say 'don't read to much into it', simple because this is exactly why Matt left last year…

I never said anything about Mike playing full time for RBF. I just said if someone had to step in for Dan ( since he's on baby watch) Mike would be the guy. But not everybody is the same, and if Dan leaves, then oh well! It's not the end of the world…

Hey Everybody!
We're back home from the Warped tour and we had an AMAZING 2 months! Thanks so much to everybody who came out and supported us and checked us out!!
It was also really awesome to meet everybody at our skull candy signings!

Chris Rhodes would've been a fine substitute if he wasn't out with the Bosstones. He used to play with RBF quite a bit.
