Hi everybody!

We've been looking into this new album pre-order situation and we've been told that ALL the pre-orders (at least the ones ordered from reelbigfish.com) have been sent out and that the U.S. postal service is to blame for the extreme lateness of the Cd's. we are soooooooooooooooooooo sorry that they are late and wish we could make them get to you faster but unfortunately all we can do is wait! sorry everybody!!

Hey friends!

We know that a lot of you are real upset because you still have not recieved your "pre-ordered" CD. We cannot appologize enough but here goes: sorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorry sorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorry(more of that later) here are a few things you should know about this whole fiasco:

1. Your CD was sent out immediately after it was ordered but upon further investigation we found that it was sent at the absolute cheapest postal rate which means it will take up to 6 – 8 weeks for delivery! yikes! bullshit, we know!

2. When we heard about the chance to have our fans "pre-order" our new album, we though exactly the same thing you thought: you'll get it before anyone else!! but what really should have been advertized would have been: "Order a signed copy of the new album(please allow 6-8 wks for delivery)". anyway, in this day and age of instant gratification and overnight fed-ex nobody wants to wait that long for anything! we don't want you to have to wait that long! Had we known, we would never have apporoved this whole program! Lame! We are so sorry!

3. Your signed copy of our new album is IN THE MAIL NOW!! it's on it's way to you, just very very very slowly (again we appologize). Please don't cancel your order because even though this fuck up wasn't our fault, we still get charged with all kinds of fees and penalties and shit (we know that's not your fault or your problem but just lettin' ya know that we get super screwed too).

Anyway, that's about it. We just wanted to do something really cool for our fans to show you guys how much we appreciate you and to get you the new music first cuz you guys care the most and it ended up being a disaster!! So again, we appologize: sorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorrysorry We hope you get your CDs really soon and we hope your not too mad to enjoy the new music! hope we've addressed most of your questions and concerns, we're sooooooo sorry everybody! thanks you so much for supporting our band!
