ReelBigCohenMemberOf all the songs which do you believe give you the most power to do whatever you do. For example, Take On Me just changes my personality everytime I hear it and gives me the power to be awesome!!!!!!

ReelBigCohenMemberHaha that is most definitly second on my list. That guitar solo Aaron does is amazing. At my first R.B.F. show he climbed onto the speakers and oh my god he kicked my @$$. Ever since then I have a fondness of his awesomeness!!

MemberIt's hard for me to qualify any Reel Big Fish song as inspirational. To be honest I don't love Reel Big Fish for inspirational lyrics or even music. It's party music that I listen to when I want to have a good time.

Memberfor RBF- it's way too difficult to pinpoint the ONE song that changes me, but the best I can do, is….. umm, I, uhh, can't do it?!?! CAN'T DECIDE!!!!!!
So lets just say, Sell Out. And I only say that song because that was the very first song I ever heard from RBF back in 96. And it signifies the way I feel with every song they've had since!

Membertake on me is me and my best friends song
and that song always brings back AMAZING memories
and just generally makes me feel really really happy 🙂
but honestly? its too hard to choose just one song… the set up, sell out, unity, in the pit… theyre all amazing its impossible to choose just ONE song -

MemberI would agree the set up is a good inspirational song, but the one that really drives me Your guts (I hate them) or Kiss Me Deadly. It is really really hard to pick one song that inspires, cause they all inspire me in one way or another.

Memberwell if this was meant to be only rbf songs then it should have been in rfb discussion but since its under general music discussion i say go for anything.
and in that case i'd have to say Big Sleep – Streetlight Manifesto

jrock241MemberBeer gets me pumped up for playing guitar.
But for any band, the most inspirational song to me is Every New Day by Five Iron Frenzy.
I remember JD debating if he was going to listen FIF, I wonder if he ever got around to checking them out.

MemberIf it's for sports, I have to go with "Enter Sandman." Even though I don't like Virginia Tech, their football entrance is impressive.
If it's mostly anything else, it's "Thunder Road" by the Boss. I like what Nick Hornby said in 31 Songs. When he sings "It's a town full of losers and I'm pulling out of here to win," how can you think anything else than that he's already won?

MemberFor getting pumped up I'd say:
Bomb The Music Industry! – Happy Anterrabae Day!
Wuthering Heights – The Road Goes Ever On
Dark Tranquillity – Lost To Apathy
Wintersun – Starchild
Ensiferum – Iron
Into Eternity – Severe Emotional DistressBut for seriously inspirational songs I'd say:
Oingo Boingo – Out Of Control
Dream Theater – Disappear
The Phenomenauts – Earth Is The Best
Mike Park – Supposed To Be There Too
The Littlest Man Band – Always Sayin' -
