MemberOh man I see the confusion. TECHNICALLY it's not a new decade. But for the sake of simplicity (which is all we seem to base everything on these days) it is.

Frag MagnetMemberWell in actuality, any day, at any time, in any year is a new decade, because what constitutes "0" or "1" or any given starting point is all arbitrary anyway.
But OFFICIALLY, new decades, centuries, etc all start on an "XXX1" year.

SamuMemberI was just being picky for its own sake, not to start a schism :-p
In any case this decade won't be 10 years long, cause 2012 will have us all.
