I know you are the reason I even listen to the Matches, but I am more impressed with Band of Hope album. Hopefully one day I can break into Decomposer.

Nebraska and Born In The USA are albums I grew up on, so while I love them, they're kinda overexposed. Sort of like The Beatles. -

A Band in Hope is like an amalgamation of E. Von Dahl Killed the Locals and Decomposer. Where E. Von Dahl was more pop-punk, Decomposer was on the side of being "out there;" it was darker, more artsy and emotional. And while I like all three albums, I'd have to put Decomposer at the top for the sheer balls of it. A Band in Hope is a really good album. Future Tense is probably my favorite song right now. But there's just something about Decomposer that makes it better. I think the songs fit better together as an album. -

The WindMemberThat doesn't count… compilations don't count.
Though it's up for debate if a live album is considered compilation. -

MemberIt's good, for sure. But I don't really count live albums/compilations.
