I thought it was fake until the last part. Either they're some really good actors, or that guy is crazy.

So… the tourettes guy… he's dead, but was that all fake? Because I saw one with his dad, and he was EXACTLY like him, unrealistically so.

I thought it might have been fake, but I don't know. The reaction to when he threw coffee on him didn't seem fake at all, and that kind of stuff is usually the dead give away.
