No man, the whole Beatles/backmasking/conspiracy thing was definitely about Paul McCartney.

"i am the eggman, you are the eggman, i am the walrus, goo goo gachoo, see how they run like pigs from a gun, see how they fly."
"here's another clue for you all… the walrus was paul"

At the end of Strawberry fields, John says "Cranberry sauce", but people thought he was saying "I buried Paul"
At the end of "I'm so tired" there's some gibberish, play it backwards and you'll hear "Paul is dead man, miss him, miss him, miss him!"
On Sgt.Pepper's cover there are so many clues that it's almost impossible they didn't do it on purpose. There might be a wiki page on it, I haven't checked yet.
Plus, Abbey road cover (bare feet, 28 IF [but he was 27 at the time]).
All these voices about Paul's death were originated in 1965 when he was injuried in a motorbike crash (that happened a few days before the shooting of the videos for Paperback writer and Rain, infact you can see he's got one or two broken teeth in those videos). He was riding his bike with Tara Browne (friend of his and heir of Guinness beer factory) and they were both under the effect of some drugs, so no wonder they crashed. Browne actually died in a car crash one year later, while probably driving under influence. He's the man who "blew his mind out in a car" in A day in the life.
BEATLES TRIVIA!
Edit: Almost forgetting about I am the walrus:in the "King Lear" part it says "Oh, untimely death" and "Bury my body"…
