i remember them saying something like that on the commentary for the live dvd cuz they were talking about their albums and aaron kept geting WDTRSH and WNHTYNH mixed up. and then one of them was like well its easy to get them mixed up, they both start with W. and then someone was like "we're not happy till they rock so hard?" then i think aaron added "..with the radio off." but they stopped there

TTRO, but they're all pretty great.

i wrote a review for itunes for why do the rock so hard, so ill just copy and paste…

me being a RBF fan from the start and seeing them live too many times to count, i would deffently say this [Why Do They Rock So Hard] is there best album. Turn The Radio Off is full of singles and other great songs, dont get me wrong, but i like these songs better. also, i find it interesting cause this was the sucesser to Turn The Radio Off and them going mainstream and you can deffently see their reaction to it all in here. especily in Big Star, Down In Flames, and We Care. this is also probably the most underrated of all their albums. one of my favorites on the album is Victory Over Peter Bones. it shows a totaly different side to them and it shows that they can break it down and just jam and what not. all in all this is an amazing album, nay, a TOTALY FUCKING AWESOME album. well worth the money.

Even though a couple of tracks I don't care for, it's got the most variety of any RBF album and a bynch of their best songs ever.

Word. People hate on Cheer Up way too much.

i tried to choose three song from every album for an old mp3 player i had that didn't have much memory, and cheer up was the hardest to choose… i really like the whole album, those two really bad songs aside.

i voted for everything sucks, seeing as it's so raw and energetic and a little shitty, but it's still a really fun, good album… jig aside. hahahaha!

yeah, white trash is my personal favorite i guess, but cheer up! is still so good. i'm psyched, because i found out that i can actually order all the import versions of all rbf's albums through best buy, so i'll pay out the ass to get them here, then return them and buy them at employee cost. i'm fucking brilliant.

I really thought that the live album would've kicked the other's asses. Their live album is my favorite and by far most played album by any band ever.
My favorite studio album is probably WDTRSH though. But all their albums are really good and I can see why someone would choose Cheer Up!, WNHTYNH, Turn the Radio Off, or Monkeys. To me, my favorite tends to depend on the modd I'm in, but overall I'd say WDTRSH is the best.

My problem is that I just can't count live albums when choosing a best album. It's just not really the same.

^^^Agreed. I can never decided so I'll go with TTRO since it was the first one I bought and wore it out. Back in the cassette days!

I love the live album because the songs are amazing, the sound quality is suprisingly good, and it makes me feel like I'm at a concert.

Also, I'm young enough to barely remeber ever using cassettes (although I did used to have some) My favorite part about them was when people made them "speak in chinese" (fast forward/rewind)
